VOLUTE™ Thickener VT Series

Mechanically thicken the sludge with a concentration of 1% or less to 4 to 6%. The model will constantly produce stable thickened sludge, which is difficult to obtain with gravity thickening. Installing a thickener in the preceding stage of an existing belt press improves the capacity of the dewatering machine. The thickener is effective in sludge volume reduction while the final form of sludge being still semi-liquid and pumpable.

Sludge Dryer SP Series

This system can convert waste activated sludge and chemical sludge into dried sludge with a water content of 10 to 40%, reducing the amount of the waste sludge. High thermal efficiency is achieved with the direct contact of the the dewatered cake to the heat source. The unique double layered drum structure ensures a sufficient drying area while providing a compact design.

Uniaxial Screw-Type Pump AHLEX

This pump which is manufactured by Swedish company MAF Pump, ensures a stable, pulsation-free, and accurate feed regardless of fluctuations in sludge concentration or liquid viscosity. Its vibration-free operation minimizes stress on piping and equipment, eliminating the need for an air chamber. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including high-concentration sludge, chemical dosing, and the transfer of dewatered sludge cake.
