All-in-One Sludge Treatment Unit (Containerized Sludge Dewatering System / Mobile Dewatering Truck)
AMCON packages the equipment required for Sludge Treatment, including the Sludge Dewatering Press itself, a polymer make-up system, pumps, hoses, generator, power cables and other necessary equipment. Once the required piping and electrical connections are made, Sludge Dewatering can begin immediately. New or renewed Sludge Treatment facilities often involve challenges such as the inability to construct or expand a building, or severe space constraints. With AMCON’s All-in-One Sludge Treatment Unit, customers can introduce the system while minimizing new construction or expansion work, helping to significantly reduce initial investment. Choose from a Containerized Sludge Dewatering System or Mobile Dewatering Truck to suit your application.
Containerized Sludge Dewatering System
This Containerized Sludge Dewatering System packages the Complete Treatment System required for Sludge Dewatering in a 20FT (approximately 6.1 m) container.
With insulated construction, standard heaters and a ventilation system, the unit supports comfortable outdoor operation throughout the year. Customized Engineering is also available for equipment layout. It brings a new all-in-one Sludge Treatment approach to sludge treatment facilities.

* Container size may vary depending on the specifications and dimensions of the Sludge Dewatering Press and auxiliary equipment installed.
* Treatment capacity varies depending on the Dewatering Press installed. Please contact AMCON for details.
Temporary Plant Applications
The system is also useful when Sludge Treatment is required as a temporary plant, such as for short-term projects, during renewal work on sludge dewatering equipment, or when the equipment may need to be relocated in the future. Its compact, single-container configuration allows installation even on sites with limited space.
Mobile Dewatering Truck VOLUTE™ MV Series
A mobile unit with Sludge Treatment equipment mounted on a truck. Please contact AMCON for details, including treatment capacity and base vehicle. Customized Engineering is also available for equipment layout.

Ideal for Route-Based Sludge Dewatering at Wastewater Treatment Systems
When sludge to be treated is located at multiple separate sites, this approach can help keep initial costs lower than installing Sludge Treatment equipment at each location.

For Emergency Response During Disasters
It can also support emergency response when Sludge Treatment functions are stopped during disasters such as earthquakes or floods. Because it is self-propelled, it can be deployed to affected areas and support Sludge Treatment until recovery. It can also be used as part of BCP (Business Continuity Plan) measures for municipalities and public facilities.

Feel free to contact us. After collecting information about your treatment process, sludge volume, operating hours, and other conditions, we will select the most suitable model for your sludge and your concerns. During sample test, we will simulate the amount of chemicals to be dosed, the estimated water content of the dewatered cake, etc. Upon request, a pilot test can be performed at your wastewater treatment plant (for a fee). After determining the specifications and ancillary equipment, we will start producing the equipment. Our sales representative or service engineer will perform operational adjustments at your wastewater treatment plant and you will check how to operate the system before we hand over the equipment.
You may wonder, “Can the machine dewatering the sludge as desired?” or “ Is it difficult to operate the machine?”
In addition to eliminating concerns before purchase, you can also use our products as a replacement machine during the service period of an existing dewatering machine or during the construction period of a wastewater treatment facility.
