From the initial consultation through equipment handover and After-Sales Support, AMCON provides comprehensive support throughout every stage of your project. Because the implementation process differs depending on the equipment category, please refer to the workflow for the Sludge Treatment, Wastewater Treatment, or Industrial Water Treatment solution you are considering.
Sludge Treatment Equipment Implementation Process
During the implementation of Sludge Treatment equipment, including Sludge Dewatering Presses and Sludge Thickeners, you can verify dewatering performance and operational suitability through a Sludge Sample Test and, if required, an On-site Pilot Test before making your investment.
- 1. Contact Us
-

We discuss your sludge type, sludge volume, installation location, and project requirements. Please contact us using the inquiry form or by phone. Whether you are collecting information or actively evaluating solutions, we welcome your inquiry.
- 2. Sludge Sample Testing
-

We evaluate your sludge sample to verify compatibility with the AMCON Sludge Dewatering Press.
• Please send approximately 2–3 liters of sludge (3–4 liters for inorganic sludge) along with a shipping invoice and Safety Data Sheet.
• Sample containers should be prepared by the customer and will not be returned.Address for sludge sample

- 3. On-site Pilot Test (Optional)
-

Upon request, an on-site Pilot Test can be conducted at your Wastewater Treatment facility using an actual AMCON Sludge Dewatering Press. Following installation, our technical specialists commission the equipment and optimize operating conditions, including polymer dosage, based on the test results.
- 4. Proposal, Quotation and Agreement
-

Based on the evaluation results, we provide Engineering Solutions tailored to your application, including the recommended equipment model, specifications, and auxiliary equipment, together with a detailed quotation.
- 5. Delivery, Installation and Commissioning
-

Once manufacturing is complete, the equipment is delivered to your Wastewater Treatment facility. Our field engineers perform commissioning, optimize operating conditions, and confirm proper system operation. After reviewing operating procedures and Maintenance requirements with your team, the equipment is handed over for operation.
Following commissioning, AMCON continues to support reliable long-term operation through repair services, Maintenance, and scheduled inspection services.
