Countermeasures for Corrosive Environments
To address corrosive environments such as hydrogen sulfide or salt damage, materials and surface treatment specifications for tanks, bases, and other components can be customized. After confirming the environmental conditions and operating conditions at the installation site, we propose the optimal specifications.

Engineering Design Changes for Control, Electrical Specifications, and Remote Monitoring
In addition to supporting remote monitoring from a control room or other remote location, we accommodate various electrical and control specification customizations according to operating conditions, including additions or specification changes to power circuits and control circuits.

We evaluate your sludge sample to confirm characteristics such as moisture content and polymer dosage requirements. Upon request, on-site testing using an actual machine at your Wastewater Treatment facility is also available (charged service).
* Please send approximately 2–3 liters of sludge (or 3–4 liters for inorganic sludge) along with a shipping invoice and Safety Data Sheet.

Equipment is manufactured at AMCON’s or distributor’s production facility and delivered to your site. Integration with existing equipment or installation of new systems can also be arranged upon request. *If the equipment is delivered in the smallest disassembled units due to access route restrictions or other conditions, assembly and inspection will be carried out at the installation site.

Common Questions
- Can the equipment be delivered in disassembled units if there are restrictions on the access route?
- Yes. We can deliver the equipment after it has been disassembled in advance to a size that can be brought into the site, and then carry out assembly and inspection. Separate costs are required for assembly and inspection at the installation site, so please contact us for details.
- Can we replace or upgrade from existing dewatering equipment?
- Yes. In many cases, equipment can be replaced or expanded without major renovation because the system can be introduced while making use of existing Sludge Treatment equipment and piping layouts. We propose the optimal implementation method for your site conditions.
