Sludge Dryer SP Series

This system can convert waste activated sludge and chemical sludge into dried sludge with a water content of 10 to 40%, reducing the amount of the waste sludge. High thermal efficiency is achieved with the direct contact of the the dewatered cake to the heat source. The unique double layered drum structure ensures a sufficient drying area while providing a compact design.

Sludge Dewatering and Fermentation System Dell Compo DC Series

This system is designed for small municipal WWTPs with 1,000 to 3,000 PE and transforms sludge with a water content of approximately 99% into fermented sludge with a water content of approximately 40%. This system is very economical because it ferments the sludge without using secondary materials such as sawdust or rice straw for moisture control.

Uniaxial Screw-Type Pump AHLEX

This pump which is manufactured by Swedish company MAF Pump, ensures a stable, pulsation-free, and accurate feed regardless of fluctuations in sludge concentration or liquid viscosity. Its vibration-free operation minimizes stress on piping and equipment, eliminating the need for an air chamber. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including high-concentration sludge, chemical dosing, and the transfer of dewatered sludge cake. With a maximum discharge pressure of 1.2 MPa (BC Series), it meets the diverse demands of sludge treatment operations.

Polymer Hybrid V Series is the officially recommended polymer for VOLUTE DUO™ / VOLUTE™ Dewatering Presses and Sludge Thickeners. These chemicals provide excellent flocculation and are suitable for a wide range of equipment used in Wastewater Treatment, including Sludge Dewatering Presses, dissolved-air flotation (DAF) systems, and chemical precipitation systems. The lineup includes anionic, cationic, nonionic, and amphoteric flocculants, available in three forms: emulsion, dispersion, and powder.
