- Can I contact you even if I am only gathering information?
- Absolutely. Whether you are planning an equipment upgrade or comparing different solutions, our specialists are happy to assist you at any stage of your evaluation. Please feel free to contact us for further information.
- Do you provide on-site surveys?
- Yes. When required, our engineers or our distributors conduct on-site surveys to evaluate the installation environment and operating conditions before recommending the most appropriate solution. Please contact us for further details.
- Can an AMCON representative provide an explanation?
- Yes. Depending on your location and project requirements, meetings can be arranged online or in person.
- Can you estimate potential cost reductions and running costs compared with our existing dewatering equipment?

Yes. After reviewing your current operating conditions and receiving your sludge sample, we can prepare an estimate. Through the Sludge Sample Test, we analyze sludge characteristics, evaluate dewatering performance, and select the appropriate polymer. We also simulate the moisture content after dewatering and calculate the estimated cost reduction and running costs.

- What products and services does AMCON provide?
- AMCON provides sludge treatment equipment, including Sludge Dewatering Presses, Sludge Thickeners, and sludge dryers, as well as Wastewater Treatment equipment, Industrial Water Treatment equipment, and water treatment chemicals.
- What is the meaning of “VOLUTE” in the VOLUTE™ Dewatering Press?
- VOLUTE means “helical” or “spiral” in English. The VOLUTE™ Dewatering Press is named after its screw shape, which resembles a spiral vortex.
- Where were the VOLUTE™/VOLUTE DUO™ Dewatering Presses developed?
- They are an original product developed by AMCON in Japan together with its global teams. Patents have been obtained in Japan and other countries.

- How do you handle emergencies such as mechanical troubles?

We will first assess the situation and, where possible, provide guidance to help resolve the issue remotely. If on-site support is required, our technical specialists will arrange the appropriate service. (It may take some time to arrange replacement parts.)

- How much does parts replacement or an overhaul cost?
- The cost varies depending on the replacement parts required, service charges, and site service requirements. Please contact us for a quotation based on your equipment and service needs.
- Do you provide maintenance services for existing equipment?
- Yes. We provide filtration media replacement services for Industrial Water Treatment equipment and Wastewater Treatment equipment (Activated Carbon Filtration Systems for COD Removal). Please refer to the relevant service page for more information.
