Sludge Treatment Equipment (Sludge Dewatering Presses, Sludge Thickeners, and related equipment)
Product Warranty
AMCON Sludge Treatment Equipment is backed by a two-year product warranty. An extended warranty of up to four years is also available as an option.
Repair & Maintenance
If equipment issues arise, we respond promptly to help minimize the impact on your operation. Our service extends beyond replacing parts. We carefully inspect sludge condition, flocculation performance, and the condition of the sludge cake, then fine-tune operating parameters on site. By listening to our customers and understanding their operating conditions, we provide engineering recommendations and technical support focused on the most appropriate solution for each application.Because maintenance work on Sludge Dewatering Presses are generally performed at the installation site, rental replacement equipment is typically not required during repair or maintenance.
*For some products, on-site maintenance may not be possible depending on the scope of work or the available maintenance space.
Preventive Maintenance Service (Fee-Based)
Routine inspection and maintenance performed at the appropriate intervals help extend equipment service life while preventing sudden declines in treatment performance. Our annual preventive maintenance service helps keep your system operating reliably and consistently.
Service Scope
The following inspections are performed once a year as part of the preventive maintenance service.
- Inspection of overall equipment operation
- Inspection of motors, pumps, and other drive components
- Operational adjustment
- Inspection of wear parts
- Performance assessment (throughput, moisture content, and solids recovery rate)
- Maintenance inspection report
Industrial Water Treatment Equipment & Activated Carbon Filtration Systems for COD Removal
Product Warranty
A one-year product warranty is provided for the following Industrial Water Treatment Equipment: sand separators, iron and manganese removal filters, rapid sand filters, activated carbon filter for dechlorination, ion exchange water softener, and activated Carbon Filtration Systems for COD Removal.
Repair & Maintenance
If equipment issues occur, we respond promptly to help minimize the impact on your operation. Our support goes beyond replacing faulty components. We assess raw water and treated water quality, review operating conditions, and evaluate the condition of the filter media to identify opportunities for improvement. Based on the conditions at your site, we provide engineering recommendations and technical support tailored to your application.
Preventive Maintenance Service (Fee-Based)
Routine inspection and maintenance performed at appropriate intervals help extend equipment service life while preventing sudden declines in treatment performance. Our monthly preventive maintenance service helps keep your system operating reliably and consistently.

Filter Media & Activated Carbon Replacement Service
Regular inspection and replacement of filter media and activated carbon are essential for maintaining the performance of Industrial Water Treatment Equipment. Over time, filter media gradually accumulate contaminants and deteriorate, resulting in reduced filtration and treatment performance. If left unaddressed, this may lead to deteriorating water quality, increased differential pressure, more frequent backwashing, and other operational issues.
After evaluating operating conditions and the condition of the filter media, we provide a comprehensive replacement service covering everything from filter media replacement to the disposal of used filter media.
