This unit automatically dissolves polymer coagulants used in sludge dewatering equipment and various wastewater treatment systems to a specified concentration. It is a continuous dilution unit made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE), ensuring a stable and consistent chemical concentration.

With the automatic concentration adjustment function, the unit constantly supplies a stable polymer solution. Simply set the desired concentration via the touch panel—the system automatically adjusts the polymer feed rate based on the water flow. By linking inverter control with flow sensors, the unit maintains a consistent concentration at all times, ensuring reliable performance. There is no need to manually recalculate or input powder feed rates each time the concentration fluctuates. Thanks to its automatic concentration correction and adjustment functions, the unit offers simple operation and stable performance, regardless of operator experience.

By integrating an optional Powder Feeder Unit, the burden on operators during polymer replenishment is significantly reduced, while also enhancing safety and operational efficiency. Stands or ladders are unnecessary, and additionally, there is not need to carry heavy chemicals to high locations, thus improving workspace efficiency.
